Within Teamwork.com, you can generate a
range of different reports for individual project and across multiple projects on your site.
Project report
You can generate a
project report via the
project details panel on the left
of the project's Dashboard
tab.
The project report is designed to
give you an overview of all items
within your project, including
milestones, task lists and
tasks. Tasks are color-coded
to indicate if the item is
completed, active or late.
Activity export
In the Activity
subsection of a project's
Dashboard area, you can view and
export a report of
activities on the project.
The activity export is a report listing
all the activity happening across items on
your project that you can see in the
Dashboard.
Task lists report
You can also create a report of all task
lists in an individual project via
the options menu in the top right of a
project's List or Table area.
The task lists report is a report based
on tasks across all task lists on the
project.
- In the report modal, you can refine
which tasks are included based on
assignee, task status, and date.
- Format - export as PDF, Excel, or
CSV.
- You can also specify whether to
include logged time, estimated time,
and private items (tasks).
- Comments can be included in PDF
exports.
- Custom
fields can be included in
Excel exports.
Individual task list report
You can generate a report of all
tasks in a particular task list via the
task list's options menu.
The individual task list report is a
report based on tasks across all tasks in the
associated task list.
- This report offers similar refinement and
export options as the all task lists
report.
Task list time report
The task list time report is a
time-based report you can generate at
individual task list level.
This report shows how much
time has been estimated and logged on
tasks in the associated task
list.
- It can be exported in CSV or Excel
format.
Task details
In the individual task details view, you
can generate a printable version of the
task via the task options menu.
This report will will include
all logged time, comments, and activity
for the task and can be exported in PDF
or HTML format.
Time
Time reports can be generated in individual
projects or at site-level to include
multiple projects.
If you have filters applied in
the Time area before exporting,
only those items will be included
in the report.
You can export the report to
Excel, PDF or CSV.
Milestones
Milestone
reports can be generated for
individual projects or across multiple
projects on your site.
If you have filters applied in the
Milestones area before exporting, only
those items will be included in the
report.
- Export options: PDF Calendar, PDF
Agenda, Excel, iCal feed.
Risks
Using the export options, you can
generate a report of risks on
an individual project or multiple
projects.
You can use the advanced filters in the
Risks tab to first filter what you want to
include in the export.
The Risks report can be exported in Excel
and PDF format.
Links
You can export a list of links from your
project. You can choose to export all
links from the project, or from a
particular category you have created.
The links report will be exported as an Excel file.
People
You can export a list
of all users and contacts on a
particular project or for your whole
site to an Excel file.
The report includes each
user's details such as license type,
name, email, job title, company, last
login, and profile permissions.
Site-level Reports area
In the site-level Reports area, you can access dedicated cross-project reports for different project information.
Project health
The project health report allows you to track and manage the progress of your projects based on each project's individual health status.
Note: This report is available to site administrators and users with project admin permission on at least one project on paid per-user subscriptions.
Utilization
The utilization report shows how your team's time is currently being distributed in terms of their estimated and actual utilization.
Note: This report is available to site administrators on per-user Premium/Grow subscriptions and above.
Planned versus actual
In the Planned vs Actual subsection, you can drill down the report to be based on milestones or tasks.
These reports allow you to review the status of your tasks and milestones compared with how they were originally planned, based on any changes to the due date.
Note: These reports are available to site administrators and users with project admin permission on at least one project on paid per-user subscriptions.
Profitability
The profitability report enables you to track the profitability of both your projects and their associated members.
Note: This report is accessible to owner company site administrators on per-user Scale subscriptions.
