Within Teamwork, you can use filters to create a custom time report on your site.
This report can be created at site level or within an individual project.
Site level time reports
Select the Time option from the main navigation menu on the left of your site.

While viewing the Time area, select the filters icon in the top right.

A filters pane will open on the right with a variety of options:
- Project - show all projects, specific projects, or projects based on associated company.
- Project status - base the report on project statuses such as current, late, or upcoming.
- Additional options:
- Include or exclude archived projects
- Show only starred projects
- People - filter people by user or company.
- Date - select a time frame for your time report.
- Tags - use tags to refine the report. You can choose to base the tag filter on one of two options:
- Time logs using the selected tags.
- Time logged on tasks using the selected tags.
- Billable - include billable, non-billable, or both in your time report.
- Invoiced - include Invoiced, non-invoiced, or both in your time report.
- Show / hide columns - include all columns or choose custom columns for your report.
- Note: Removing the Estimated Time column only applies to Excel and CSV exports.
Once you have set your required filtering, you can then save the filter from the bottom of the filters pane.
Note: Saved filters are available on paid Teamwork subscriptions.

The time report can then be accessed at anytime by applying the custom filter via the Saved Filters section of the filters pane.
Note: If you have set a certain time frame for your filter using the Date option, you may need to update your saved filter to make sure you are receiving up-to-date reports.

Once the filter is active in the Time area, click the options button (three dots) in the top right. Hover over the Export option and choose your preferred export format.

Project level time reports
While viewing a project, go to the Time tab and click the filters button in the top right to open the filters pane.

A filters pane will open on the right with a variety of options:
- People - filter people by user or company.
- Date - select a time frame for your time report.
- Tags - use tags to refine the report. You can choose to base the tag filter on one of two options:
- Time logs using the selected tags.
- Time logged on tasks using the selected tags.
- Billable - include billable, non-billable, or both in your time report.
- Invoiced - include Invoiced, non-invoiced, or both in your time report.
- Show / hide columns - include all columns or choose custom columns for your report.
- Note: Removing the Estimated Time column only applies to Excel and CSV exports.
Once you have set your required filtering, you can then save the filter via the filter banner at the top of the Time area.

Alternatively, click Save Filter at the bottom of the filters pane.

The time report can then be accessed at anytime by applying the custom filter via the Saved Filters section of the filters pane.

You can also export your time report via the options button at the top of the project's Time area.

You can also export time reports when you have unsaved filter conditions applied to either Time area.
