Within Teamwork, you can generate a project report to get an overview of all items in your project.
Note: The project report is only accessible to project members with permission to view tasks and milestones. Collaborators cannot access the project report.
The project report is a fixed report and includes:
- Task Lists
- Latest project update
- Current project health (color indicator
beside the project update)
In the report, items are colour coded to indicate status: completed, active or late.
- Task lists associated with a milestone will be grouped together.
- Milestones include the milestone name, description, due date, who is responsible, status, number of days late, date completed
- Tasks include task name, description, start date, due date, assigned, date created, priority progress, status, estimated time, logged time, billable time.
To generate a project report, go to the Dashboard section of the project and go to the project details pane on the left.
Scroll down the project details pane and under Project Report, click the View project report option.
The report will be generated on screen and you will see an option to download a PDF copy in the upper right.
