Within Teamwork.com, you can filter the projects assigned to a particular person.
Go to the People section of your site and select the relevant user to view their profile. While viewing their profile, go to the Projects tab.
At the top of the projects list, you can quickly filter the projects to show only ones starting with a certain character.
To access the advanced filters pane, click the filters button in the top right.
Keyword
You can use this to filter your results down to the search term entered.
Tags
You can choose to filter projects by the tags associated with them. You can apply more than one tag when filtering results.
Clicking Show more options will open additional tag filters to exclude specific tags in the results. You can use the include and exclude tags options together.
Checking the Match all tags option for either the include or exclude filter will return results based on all selected tags. Otherwise, results based on any of the tags will be returned.
You can also filter to projects with no owner.
Checking the Include deleted users option will make deleted users appear for selection in the owner dropdown.
Project Health
You can choose to display projects based on the health of the project(s).
Company
Filter the projects based on their associated company. You can also choose more than one company to apply to the filter.
Status
This allows you to filter based on the project status. You can choose one or multiple statuses or view all projects regardless of status.
You can also choose whether to include archived projects in the results.
Options
In the Options section of the filters pane, you can filter to only starred projects.
As an owner company administrator, you will have additional options.
- Hide projects where I'm an observer - hides projects you are an observer on.
- Show only projects where I'm a member - will show only projects you are specifically a member of and included on the people page of a project.
Reordering filters
You can also drag and drop the various filter options to change the order.
Saving filters
You can choose to save a filter you have created for use at a later time. Once saved, it will appear in the Saved Filters tab of the filters pane.
Clicking a saved filter will highlight it and apply it to the projects view.
When a filter is active, you can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking the filter name at the top of the page.
