Within Teamwork Desk, you can bulk modify ticket properties on your mobile device. 

In order to bulk update, you will first need to select the individual tickets. When viewing an inbox, tap the ticket customer's profile icon to the left of each ticket.

Once you have selected some tickets, you can bulk:

  • Assign
  • Modify the status
  • Move the tickets to another inbox.
