Within the Teamwork Desk mobile app, you can bulk update properties of tickets on your site.
Open the navigation menu by pressing the menu icon in the top left of the app. Select the Tickets tab from the slide out menu to open the main Tickets view.
You can expand the inboxes side menu by clicking the chevron (right facing arrow).
In any inbox, use the checkboxes to the left of each relevant ticket to select the tickets to be updated.
Once you have selected at least one ticket, a bulk edit toolbar will appear at the top of the tickets list.
Selecting one of the bulk edit options in the toolbar will open a corresponding dropdown where you can choose a new value to be applied to the ticket(s).
These options include:
- Ticket status
- Reassign
- Delete
- Add tags to the ticket(s)
- Move the ticket(s) to a specific inbox
- Merge the selected tickets
- Apply a manual trigger
- Change the ticket priority
- Add the tickets to your ticket deck
