Within Teamwork Desk, you can view the activity on an individual ticket to see who has viewed or performed any action on it.
To view the activity, open an existing ticket and select the Activity tab.
You will see a timeline of any activity that has occurred on the ticket (e.g. agents viewing the ticket or updating properties such as assignee, status, or priority).
Each activity will show a corresponding icon for the different action types performed on the ticket. You will also see who performed the action and when it was performed.
Whenever an activity occurs on a ticket, an activity entry will also be displayed within the ticket thread in the Messages tab. You can easily hide these entries from the thread by clicking the Hide activity option to the right of the ticket tabs.
