Within Teamwork Desk, you can completed a task directly from the ticket if the issue has been resolved.



To do this, when you are viewing the task from within the Task tab on a ticket, click the grey arrow next to the task title to mark it as complete.


A line will then appear through the task title to notify it is complete.
