Within Teamwork Spaces, you can quickly view
and access the different spaces on your site
via the Home area.
Using the navigation panel on
the left, you can switch between your starred spaces, starred pages, all
spaces you have access to, existing space categories, as
well as templates and tags.
Note: Site
administrators will also see an option to
add new categories and an edit pencil to
manage existing categories.
In the main section of the Home
area, you will see a list of all of the spaces
you have access to, relating to the subsection
you are currently in. In the All Spaces
section, the spaces will be grouped by
category.
You can toggle between list and grid
view using the view switcher in the top
right.
You can filter the space list by
title using the Filter field
and sort the spaces alphabetically or by
creation date.
Using the edit pencil beside
each space, you can open a quick edit
modal to update the space's
properties.
Note: Only space
managers and site administrators can
access the space options.
You can create new spaces via
the Create a space button
in the top right of each space-related
subsection of the Home area.
A Create a
space option will also be visible
at the bottom of each existing space
category.
Starred pages
Once a page is starred, it will be added
to the Starred
Pages subsection of
the Home area. Clicking a page title will
bring you directly to the page.
In this section, you can filter by page
title and use sort options to customize
the order of the pages in the list.
You can also click the star icon
to the right of an individual page to
remove it from your Starred Pages
list.
Note: If
a page you have starred is
made private by another
user or is deleted, it
will automatically be
removed from your Starred
Pages
list.
Templates
The page Templates area is grouped into two sections:
- Custom templates - page templates built from scratch.
- Template gallery - pre-defined page templates created by Teamwork.
- Note: Gallery templates cannot be edited or deleted.
Tags
In the Tags area, you can view and manage existing tags on your site as well as create new ones.
Note: Administrators can edit and delete all tags. Standard users can view all tags, but can only edit or delete tags they have created.
