Within Teamwork Spaces, you can create, edit, and delete tags on your site.
Go to the Home area of your site and select the Tags option in the bottom left.
Note: Administrators can edit and delete all tags. Standard users can view all tags, but can only edit or delete tags they have created.
Creating a tag
To add a new tag, click the Create a tag button in the top right of the Tags area.
You can see a preview of the tag, enter a tag name, and select a color for the tag. Once you have customized the tag options, click Create tag to add the new tag to your site.
Note: Tags require a minimum of 3 characters and cannot contain special characters. Only spaces or hyphens are supported between characters.
Editing a tag
Click the pencil icon to the right of the relevant tag to open it in edit mode. You can change the tag name and color. Click the tick icon to the right of the tag to save your changes or click the X to cancel.
Deleting a tag
To delete a tag, click the trash can icon to the right of the tag. Deleting a tag will removed the tag from any associated content.
