Best for

Use when
You want a broader, site-level view of work rather than working inside one specific project.

Before you start

The Everything area only shows work and related items from projects you have access to.

The sections and views available in Everything may vary depending on your feature access and the setup of your site.

Your permissions determine:
  • Which projects, tasks, and other items you can view.
  • Which actions you can take in each section.
  • Whether you can create or update work from those sections.
What you can see and do in the Everything area depends on your permissions for the associated projects.

Quick start

  1. Click Everything in the main navigation.
  2. Select the section or view you want to use.
  3. Use the controls available in that section, such as sorting, filtering, search, grouping, or workflow selection, to focus on the right work.
