Within Teamwork.com, you can bulk edit active tasks from multiple projects across your site.
To view the site-level Tasks area, click the More option in the main navigation menu on the left of your site and select Everything from the pop-out menu.
In the Everything area, select the Tasks tab from the horizontal menu.
Select the option button (three dots) in the top right of the Tasks section and choose Bulk Edit from the dropdown.
Note: If you have a filter applied when attempting to bulk edit tasks, it will only bulk edit those tasks found via the filter, not all tasks on the project(s).
Using the checkboxes in the pop-up modal, select the tasks to be updated. Once you have selected the relevant tasks, you can use the Preview Selected Tasks link at the bottom of the modal to show only the chosen ones in a list.
Select Next to choose which task properties to update, including tags, priority, start or due dates and progress.
Click the Update button to apply your changes to the selected tasks.
When updating the assignee and follower options, you can choose individuals, teams, and companies.
For the task changes and comment followers options, you can add to the existing followers, remove some existing followers, or use the Remove All option in the dropdown.
Note: You can only bulk assign tasks and bulk set followers for active members of the selected projects.
