Within Teamwork.com, you can filter comments that have been left on project items.
Click the More option in the main navigation menu and select Everything from the pop-out menu.
In the Everything area, go to the Comments subsection.
Click the filters button in the top right to open the filters pane.
You can choose one or multiple projects from which to see results from.
You can choose to view comments from all areas, or choose to filter further down to comments on specific project item types such as task comments.
When setting the date, you can filter results based on when the comment was posted using the set time frames in the dropdown.
You can also set a custom date range or a within_days timeframe.
Filter based on which users were notified of the comments.
- Include deleted users - show deleted users in the Notified dropdown.
Similarly to followers, you can choose to only show comments that have been written by specific users.
- Include deleted users - show deleted users in the Author dropdown.
You can filter comments based on their read status.
You can choose to check the option for Show starred projects only to only show comments on projects you have starred.
You can also drag and drop the various areas of the filter to change the layout to your liking.
You can save a filter when you create it for use at a later time. It will then appear in the Saved Filters section of the filters pane.
Selecting a saved filter will highlight it and activate it for the view.
When an active filter is applied, you can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking the filter name to the top of the page.
