Within Teamwork, you can save a filter you have set for use at a later date.
Once you have set your filter parameters you can choose to save the filter using the green save button near the top left of the screen.
You also have the option to save the filter to the bottom right of the filter pane on the right hand side of the screen.
Once this is selected you will have the option to name the filter and enter a description of what information will show for the filter.
There is also a checkbox here to include sort options in the saved filter. If checked, the saved filter will include your currently active sort settings. Otherwise, your most recent sort preference will be saved.
You can select This filter applies to this project only checkbox, this will then only show this filter for the project you are on.
Click Save to add the new saved filter, which will then appear under Saved Filters in the right filter pane.
When a saved filter is applied, you will see the filter name in the top left corner, along with the total number of associated results.
By clicking on the dropdown next to the current active filter you can choose a new saved filter to switch to, without needing to use the right pane.
Selecting one from the drop down will then apply that filter.
Note: Only users on paid subscriptions can save filters.
