Within Teamwork.com, you can filter completed tasks that have been assigned to a particular person.

Go to the People section of your site and select the relevant user to view their profile. While viewing their profile, go to the Completed tab.

Click the filters button in the top right of the Completed section to open the filters pane.

You can use this to filter your results down to the search term entered.

You can choose from all active projects, all projects or specific projects, from which to see results for.

Assigned To

Filter the completed tasks to show only ones assigned to specific users.

  • Include deleted users - deleted users will then appear in the Assigned To dropdown.
  • Include tasks for user's companies - show tasks assigned to the user's associated company.
  • Include tasks for user's teams - show tasks assigned to teams where the user is a member.

Click Show more options to access assignee filter options for teams and companies.

Note: When using these options, the results will show tasks assigned to the team or company itself, as well as tasks assigned to individual members of that team or company.


When selecting a date range, you can choose to see results based on when the tasks were completed or the set due date of the tasks.

You can also choose to set a custom date range or a within the next_days where you can set a date interval to filter between.

You can choose to filter the tasks by the tags associated with them. You can apply more than one tag when filtering results. You can filter any results that include one or more matching tags.

Alternatively, you can select the Match all tags option which will then only return results which include all selected tags.

When you select Show more options, you will see options to:

  • Select certain tags you wish to exclude from the results.
    • If you have Match all excluded tags enabled, only tasks with none of the selected excluded tags will be shown.
  • Show only untagged items in the results.

Note: You can choose tags to include and exclude in the same filter.


Filter the tasks based on priority levels set on each task.

You can choose to only show completed tasks that are being followed by certain users.

Similarly to followers, you can choose to only show tasks that have been created by a specific user or users.

You also have the option here to include items from deleted users.

  • When this option is selected, deleted users will then appear in the Created By dropdown.


Filter the completed tasks to only ones that are linked to a Desk ticket.

You can also drag and drop the various filter options to change the order.

Saving filters

You can choose to save a filter you have created for use at a later time. Once saved, it will appear in the Saved Filters tab of the filters pane.

Clicking a saved filter will highlight it and apply it to the tasks area.

When a filter is active, you can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking the filter name at the top of the page.
