Within Teamwork Desk, you have three options to choose from when sending a message.

These can be accessed by choosing the dropdown arrow to the right of Send Message.



Options

  • Send and back to folder: Sends the message, and brings you back to the related inbox.
  • Send and stay on page: Sends the message, and remains on the ticket page.
  • Send and next active: Sends the message, and automatically opens the next active ticket.
