Within Teamwork, you can create recurring events in the Calendar area of your site.
Click the More option in the main navigation menu on the left of your site and select Calendar from the pop-out menu.
Click the Add event button in the top right of the Calendar area.
Note: Collaborators with permission to view the calendar cannot create or edit events.
In the Add Event modal, you can choose a repeat interval from the Repeats dropdown at the bottom of the When tab.
Event interval options
- Weekdays (Monday to Friday)
- On Selected Days.... (You choose)
- Every 2 weeks
- Every 4 weeks
- Every 2 months
- Every 3 months
- Every 4 months
- Every 6 months
If you set an event to repeat, you will then be able to choose whether the event should continue to repeat until a specific date or set it with no end date.
Recurring event limitations
Not setting an end date for a repeating event will result in the event repeating for 1 year.
For events set to repeat yearly without an end date, the first repeat will occur 1 year after the original event, however no subsequent repeats will occur.
To continue an event for more than 1 year, a new event will need to be created once the year has completed.
