Within Teamwork Desk, you can enable an option to allow push notifications on your mobile device.
To enable this, click your profile icon to the top right of your site and select View Profile.
In the profile area, select Edit Profile from the right hand side.
Within the Preferences sub-section, you will have the option to enable Push notifications.
When you enable push notifications on your mobile device, your email notifications will automatically be mirrored. You can update your push notification or email preferences from your profile Notifications tab.
You will now see a list of notification options. If you have push notifications enabled then each notification choice will have a two options.
- Email notifications
- Mobile notifications
Note: You can enable a mobile push notification and disable an email one or vice versa and neither will interfere with the other.
You will then have to ensure that notifications for desk are enabled and allowed on your mobile device.
When you first open the app it should prompt you to allow these however this can be done at any time by navigating to your device Settings > Notifications > Desk and allow notifications.
