Within Teamwork Desk, you can easily keep up to date with your tickets, notes, happiness ratings and other activity via the notification bell.

📝 This page references Teamwork Desk's new UI which is currently in early release for all accounts.

To access notifications, click the bell icon in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.

Any notifications you receive (for notification types enabled in your notification preferences) are displayed.

📝 Notification history is limited to 100 pages. Use the search or filter options to view notifications beyond this.

Manage notifications in the notifications panel:

Option
Purpose
Individual notifications
Pin ()
Pin the notification to keep it in the notifications panel.
Mark as read ()
Mark the individual notification as read (or unread).
Additional options
Mark all as read ()
Bulk mark all notifications as read.
Pinned ()
Only show your pinned notifications.
Filter ()
Filter the notifications shown based on associated:
  • Inbox
  • Notification type
Options ()
Use checkboxes to refine by:
Close ()
Close the notifications panel.
Search ()
Filter notifications to a specific search term.
