Within Teamwork Desk, you can enable web notifications to receive pop-up ticket information even when you are not viewing your site.

To enable this, click your profile icon to the top right of the main navigation bar and select View Profile.

In your profile area, click the Edit Profile button in the top right corner.

In the Profile section of your profile settings, you will see an option for web notifications under the time format setting. Toggle this option to enable/disable web notifications.

When enabled, notifications will be sent to your browser as a pop-up notification. These notifications use the same preferences as your agent notifications.
