Within Teamwork Spaces, you can quickly access and manage different space properties via the space options menu.
While viewing an individual space, the options menu is located to the right of the space title in the left navigation pane. The options available to you will depend on your permissions for the space.
- Insights - view a timeline of activity associated with the space, including space and page creation and updates.
- Space Settings - update settings for the space such as name, theme, and category.
- This section is only accessible to space managers and site administrators.
- Permissions - view and manage members of the space and their associated permissions.
- This section is only accessible to space managers and site administrators.
- Organize - reorder the pages within the space.
- This option is available to users with edit or manage permission for the space, as well as site administrators.
- Attachments - view and manage all attachments for the space.
- Users with read-only access to the space can only view the space's attachments.
- Trash - view, restore, or permanently delete pages in the trash can.
- Users with read-only access to a space can only view the trash can items.
When you select a section from the menu, you will be redirected to that subsection of the space options. You can use the navigation pane on the left to move between the subsections you have permission to access.
Click the Return to content option in the top left to go back to your last visited page.
