Before you start

  • A project must have the Time feature turned on before the project's members can track time for the project and its tasks.
  • All of your logged time is pulled into My timesheet, regardless of how it was logged (ex. using a timer, via the mobile app).
  • Manually added tasks and projects remain visible week to week until they are marked complete.

View your timesheet

View and manage your timesheet via the site-level Time section.

  1. Click Time () in the main navigation.
  2. Select the Timesheet tab.

My timesheet
automatically shows a row for each of your assigned tasks due in the period being viewed. You can log time against any of these tasks for the given week, as well as manually add other tasks and projects to track time against.

Each parent row (project or task) shows the total time you have tracked against that item on each day. The corresponding time logs are nested underneath — click the arrow to expand.

Best practices

  • Getting paid: Check the billable status for time logs so you're correctly tracking your billable and non-billable hours.
  • Make a routine: Update your timesheet at the end of each working day or week. Memories are fallible — updating things sooner vs. later makes things easier (and more accurate).
