Before you start
- You need permission to access the Company timesheet.
- The Time feature must be enabled
for projects where time is being
tracked.
- Your permissions determine which people,
projects, companies, and time entries you
can review.
The Company
timesheet is separate from personal
timesheet views such as Sheet view and
Calendar view in My
timesheet.
Open the Company
timesheet
- Click Time in Teamwork.com's main
navigation menu.
- Select the Company timesheet tab.

Company timesheet
Use the controls at the top of the Company
timesheet to review time across different
periods, people, and projects.

View unavailable
time
The Company timesheet can display unavailable
time alongside logged time.
Select Filter in the view's
top right and check the Show
unavailable time box.
- Unavailable time includes periods where
users are unavailable for work, such as
leave or scheduled time away.
- Unavailable time can help explain gaps
between expected and logged hours.
- Availability information depends on your
organization’s setup and
permissions.

Filter the
Company timesheet
Use filters to refine the time entries shown
in the Company timesheet.
- Click Filter in the top right of
the Company timesheet.
- Select one or more filter fields, such as
people, projects, companies, tags,
billable status, or date ranges.
- Choose the criteria you want to
apply.
- Apply multiple filters together for a more
focused view.
The Company
timesheet updates automatically as filters
are applied. Clear filters when you want
to return to the full view.
Manage active
filters
- Review active filters before exporting or
sharing timesheet data.
- Use multiple filters together to focus on
specific people, projects, companies, or
billable activity.
- Clear filters when switching between
different reporting or operational review
tasks.
Export the
Company timesheet
- Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) in the view's top right.
- Select Export.
- Choose an export format:
- PDF
- CSV
- Excel
- Google Sheets (available on Grow
and Scale subscriptions)
- PDF
Best practices
- Review time regularly: Monitor
logged time consistently so gaps or
inconsistencies are identified
early.
- Check billable status: Review
billable and non-billable time before
reporting or invoicing.
- Use filters strategically: Combine
filters to focus on the specific people,
projects, or companies you need to
review.
- Validate exports: Review active
filters and date ranges before exporting
timesheet data.
