What
The company timesheet gives you a read-only weekly view of everybody in the owner company and the time they have (or haven't logged). You'll see total time logged and be able to dig into specific tasks time was logged on.
Why
  • See who is logging time regularly (and who may need reminding)
  • Monitor worked hours to understand where people might be over or under capacity.
Who
  • Site admins (in the owner company) can view all users' time logs across all projects.
  • Site admins (in external clients/companies) can view all users' time logs across all projects.
  • Project admins can view all time logs on projects they are admins on (in those projects and in the company timesheet).
  • Standard users and client users with the project permission (on at least one project):
    • Can view other people's time (allows users to view other project members' time logs within that project and in the company timesheet).
When
You need an overview (dealers choice: high-level or granular) of how time is being spent across your teams and projects.
  • Example: You need to understand where your team's time went, or what took the most resources, during a particular week.
  • Example: Filter the timesheet to your team at the end of each week to identify any gaps in tracked time.
