Before you start

  • A project must have the Time feature turned on before the project's members can track time for the project and its tasks.
  • All of your logged time is pulled into your timesheet, regardless of how it was logged (ex. using a timer, via the mobile app).

View and populate your timesheet

My timesheet allows you to curate a custom set of task and projects you want to track time against on a weekly basis.

View and populate your timesheet via the site-level Time section.

    1. Add project or task: Select an individual project or task to populate in the timesheet.
    2. Copy last week: Populate all of the previous week's project and task rows in the current week.

      1. Click the three dots (vertical ellipsis) in the view's top right. Select Settings, then toggle on Auto populate timesheet.

  • Due date — projects and tasks with no due date are organized alphabetically after any items with due dates.
  • Projects / Tasks
  • Company name — sort companies' associated projects & tasks.
  • Last updated time log
💡 Click the arrow on the Projects / Tasks heading's right to switch between ascending or descending order.

Best practices

  • Getting paid: Check the billable status for time logs so you're correctly tracking your billable and non-billable hours.
  • Make a routine: Update your timesheet at the end of each working day or week. Memories are fallible — updating things sooner vs. later makes things easier (and more accurate).
