Within Teamwork, you can view and manage your custom project templates and browse the Teamwork template gallery via the Templates area.
Note: Project templates are available on per-user Pro/Deliver (max 20 custom templates), per-user Premium/Grow (max 50 custom templates), and per-user Enterprise (unlimited custom templates). Each of these plans includes access to the Teamwork templates gallery.
Go to the Projects area of your site and select the Templates subsection.
The Templates area includes two subsections:
- Custom Templates - templates you and your
team build from scratch.
- Teamwork Templates - a pre-defined set of
templates created by Teamwork.
- Note: Templates in the
Teamwork template gallery cannot be
edited or deleted.
Clicking either section heading will display all related templates. Using the arrows to the left of the headings, you can expand each section and select an individual template to view.
The Teamwork templates are grouped into subcategories. Clicking the arrow to the left of a subsection will reveal the individual templates. You can also click a category name to view only the templates within it.
When you hover over a template in either area, you can click Use template to immediately create a new project from the template. Clicking the template name will bring you directly to the template. For Teamwork templates, you can also use the Preview option to open the template.
An options menu (three dots) is also visible in the top right when you hover over a custom template card. This allows you to edit, copy, or delete the template.
In table view for custom templates, the three dots is located to the far right of each individual template in the list.
The table view is also scrollable allowing you to scroll horizontally to view any columns hidden due to zoom setting or window size.
