Within Teamwork, you can filter the projects that are displayed in the projects list view.
Click the Filters button in the top right to open the filters pane.
This button will appear blue when an active filter is in place, or if the filters pane is open.
You can use this to filter your results down to the search term entered.
Filter the files by the tags associated with them, applying one or multiple tags.
Select the Match all tags option to only display files that include all of the selected tags.
You can also filter to only projects with no project owner set.
- Include deleted users - show deleted users in the project owner dropdown.
You can choose to display projects in the list based on the health of the project(s).
Filter the list to only include projects associated with certain companies.
Additional options to filter the portfolio include showing starred projects, hiding projects you are observing, or showing projects where you are a member.
These options will vary depending on your user permissions.
Users on the per-user Premium subscription plan and above will also have the ability to filter projects by custom fields.
At the top of the projects list, you can quickly filter the results by individual letters.
When you select a letter, the results will show all projects beginning with that letter.
You can choose to save any filter you have created for use at a later time. This will then appear within the Saved Filters section of filter right pane.
You can also change quickly between saved filters by clicking on the filter name to the top of the page.
Note: Only users on paid subscriptions can save filters.
