Quick answer: Select Plan and Insights in the side nav and choose Calendar. Open the filters pane and, in Options, select by Duration to show tasks across the days they run. Then drag a task bar to change its start and due dates, or drag its right-hand edge to change its duration.

To access the Calendar, select Plan and Insights in the side nav and choose Calendar.

This will update your calendar to display tasks individually (in blue) across the total number of days they are running.

How do I change task dates and duration in the calendar?


When using the task duration view in the calendar, you can use drag and drop to quickly edit individual tasks.

To change when a task occurs, click the task bar and drag it to a new position in the calendar. This will automatically update the task's start and due dates.

You can also change the duration of a task by moving the due date forward or back. Click and drag the right-hand side of the task bar to a new end date position.
