Within Teamwork Desk, you can delete an inbox via the inbox settings.

  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Switch to the Inboxes subsection.

  4. Click the inbox you want to delete.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit inbox view.
  6. Click Delete inbox.
  7. Review the impacts of deleting the inbox. Any triggers or custom views currently referencing the inbox are detailed. 
  8. Click Delete to confirm.

The inbox is deleted, along with its tickets. Existing dependencies between the inbox and any associated triggers and custom views are removed.

⚠️ Tickets deleted due to an inbox being deleted will not appear in the ticket trash can.
