Within Teamwork Projects, you can choose to create multiple versions of the same task, which can then be assigned to various users for each to complete.
When creating a new task you will see an option for Multiple People below the assignee dropdown. Selecting this will open a list of users you can choose from.
Once you have chosen which users will perform the task, check the Each person must do this box.
You can then choose Close and continue adding details to the task if you wish.
Once you save the new task, you will see separate new tasks are created for each individual user selected to do the task.
You can also use the
@mentionfeature to assign users to a task. Once you type @, a dropdown will appear for you to choose from users and roles on your project.
You will need to then click Multiple People, as above, to enable the "Each selected person must do this" option.
Note: The "Each selected person must do this" option is only available when a task is first being created, not when existing tasks are being edited.
