Schedule pre-built reports to be sent (either one at a time or at a regular cadence) to teammates that need it.
Why
  • Increase visibility and alignment by sending key data directly to teammates' email inboxes.
  • Save time (and hassle) by automating a process while still making sure it gets done.
Who

  • Standard users (can schedule any report they have permission to view)
When
Give your team the information they need at the intervals they need it—without having to do extra work:
  • Example: Schedule project health reports to be sent to executives every month.

Best practices

  • Automate quarterly reporting: If you have a set of data your team or executives should see every quarter, automate the report to make sure they always get what they need.
  • Monitor project health: Schedule a weekly project health report to be sent to yourself (or your team) on Mondays so that you start the week knowing where things are at.
