Schedule a
report
You can view and schedule
Teamwork.com-generated reports and
custom
reports from the reports
gallery.
- Click More in the left navigation and select Reports.
- Click a report's title to view the report.
- Click the ... (ellipsis) at the top of the report.
- Select Schedule Report to open the scheduled reporting wizard.
- Select the Schedule tab.
- Give the report a name.
- Click Add user to select recipients for the report. Make sure to add anyone who should be receiving the report.
- Choose a date and time to deliver the
report.
- Toggle on the 'Report repeats every' option to set a repeat cadence to run the report regularly. Psst! This one is optional, but we highly recommend it.
- Choose a day, week, month, or custom interval.
- Set an end date for the schedule.
- Confirm the data range you wish to include with the report (e.g. last week, current week, last month, current month).
- Select the file format the report will be delivered in. 📝 Available options: CSV, Excel, PDF.
- Click Create Scheduled Report.
- Click Confirm.
Your report will now be sent out
on
the scheduled day(s)!
View existing
scheduled reports
Existing scheduled reports can be
accessed via the main scheduled
reports table or via the
scheduled reporting
wizard.
To access the
main scheduled reports table, go to the main reports gallery
view and select the Scheduled tab.

The following details and options are available for each report listed in the table:
Report name | The scheduled report's title. |
Source report | The report type that has been scheduled (e.g. utilization, time, profitability). |
Deliver to | A list (with avatars) of people who will receive the scheduled report. |
Next occurrence | The date at which the scheduled report will next send. If the schedule has been deactivated, "Paused" will display. |
Last occurrence | The date at which the report was last issued. |
Repeat every | When the report is scheduled to send or the report's repeat interval schedule. |
Until | The date the scheduled report will send until. |
Data from | The data the scheduled report is based on (e.g. last week, this week, last month, this month). |
Format | The format of the report (e.g. PDF, Excel, or CSV). |
Creator | The name of the person who originally created the schedule. |
Last updated | The name of the person
who last updated the schedule. |
Created on | The date at which the scheduled report was first created. |
Active status | Toggle indicating whether the schedule is active or not. |
Options | Hover over the last column in the table to access the edit, download, and delete options for the report. ![]() |
