Within Teamwork Projects, you can filter the projects a company is responsible for by navigating to the People section of your site and selecting the company you wish to view from the Companies tab.
First, go to the People area near the top left of your site, and from there select the Companies tab.
In the list of companies, click the one you want to view to open the company profile, where you will be able to select the Projects tab.
Here, you will see a list of al the projects on the site that particular company is responsible for.
You can use the advanced filters pane on the right hand side to adjust which projects are displayed. To access the filters, choose the filter icon to the top right of the area.
Note: This icon will appear gray when the filters pane is hidden.
You can use this to filter your results down to the search term entered.
You can choose to filter projects by the tags associated with them. You can apply more than one tag when filtering results.
You can filter any results that include one or more matching tags. Alternatively, you can select the 'Match all tags' option which will then only return results which include all selected tags.
This allows you to filter based on the project status. You can choose one or multiple status' as well as viewing all projects regardless of status.
Filter the projects to ones with specific project owners.
You can also display projects with no project owner here.
You can choose to display projects based on the health of the project(s).
If you choose to tick the option to show starred projects only, then the only projects that will be filtered are ones that you have 'starred' by clicking on the star icon to the left of the project name.
You can also drag and drop the various areas of the filter to change the layout to your liking.
You can choose to save any filter you have created for use at a later time. This will then appear within the Saved Filters section of filter right pane.
You can also change quickly between saved filters, once one is applied, by clicking on the filter name to the top of the page.
Note: Only users on paid subscriptions can save filters.
