- All-day events such as
out-of-office events are displayed in

all-day panel in My calendar.
- Your ability to edit a Google Calendar
event within Teamwork.com is based on

cause issues when syncing Google Calendar to

Connect to
Google Calendar
- Click Home in
Teamwork.com's main navigation
menu.
- Switch to the My calendar tab.
- Click Connect to Google at the top of the view.
- Choose the Google account you want to
sync.
- Enter your Google account password and
click Next.
- Check the calendar access box to grant Teamwork.com permission to manage Google Calendar events. This allows Teamwork.com to see, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the window and
click Continue.
- Click Close.
Your Google Calendar account is
synced to your Teamwork.com profile.
View Google
Calendar events
Once you authorise your Google
account, your Google Calendar events are
synced to your personal Teamwork.com
calendar.

- Switch to the My
calendar tab.

- Select your invite response at the
bottom of the pop-up: Yes, No,

Log time from a
Google
Calendar event
Track the time you're spending on
Google Calendar events and record
them to associated projects and
tasks in Teamwork.com.
🔑 You can only create
time entries on
projects where you have permission to log
time.
- Click Home in
Teamwork.com's main navigation
menu.
- Switch to the My
calendar tab.
- Scroll to the relevant Google
event. Need to track time for
a previous week? Use the date
picker to navigate.
- Hover over the event and click the clock icon in the event's top left.
- Review the time log's details and
update as necessary:
- Date — auto-populates with the
event's date.
- Project — auto-populates with your
most recently accessed
project.
- Task — choose a task in the
selected project to associate the
time log with
(optional).
- Start & end time —
auto-populates with the event's
start & end time.
- Time spent
- Description — auto-populates with
the event's name.
- Tags
- Click Log time.
A time log is created in the
selected project and can be viewed from
the project's Time area.
The event updates with a clock
icon indicating time has been logged.
- Click the clock to delete the
time log, then select Yes,
delete time log.
- Click the event, then
select Edit time log to
update it.
Edit a Google
Calendar event
Use drag and drop to
update
linked Google Calendar events
(time
slots
or all-day events). You can change
start & end times of
time-based
events, start & end dates of
all-day events, and the days
events
fall on.
- Click Home in
Teamwork.com's main navigation
menu.
- Switch to the My
calendar tab.
- Scroll to the relevant Google
event. Use the date picker in
the view's top left to navigate
between weeks.
- Hover over
the event.
- Reschedule: Click and
hold the event, then drag it to a
new time slot on the same day or a
different day.
- Adjust duration: Click the event's top or bottom edge and drag it to a new position to extend or reduce the event's duration.
The event's details are updated
in My Calendar and in your Google
Calendar.
Disconnect
Google Calendar
- Click Home in
Teamwork.com's main navigation
menu.
- Switch to the My
calendar tab.
- Click My Google
Calendar in the view's
top right.
- Hover over your linked account.
- Click the trash can.
- Select Yes, remove in the
confirmation window.
Your Google Calendar account is
unlinked and all Google events are removed
from your Teamwork.com
calendar.
