Create a time block
Create time blocks for focus time on
a particular task or
project.

menu.
- Switch to the My
calendar tab.
- Click Add time block in the view's top right. Alternatively, click a time slot in the calendar.

- Choose a task. This is optional — use it when your focus time is task-based.
- Adjust the time block's start and end time.

about what your working
on.

block.
Create time
blocks from assigned
tasks
- Drag a task from the all-day panel and drop it to a time slot within the main calendar. You can create time blocks from any tasks visible in your calendar.
- Review the time block's details. It automatically populates with the origin task (and associated project) and the time/date you dropped it to.
- Click Create time block.
Create time
blocks from the task planner
Tasks with no dates and tasks with
dates falling outside of the period being
viewed are accessible via the task planner
tray. You can drag tasks from this tray into
your calendar to create time blocks — work on
any task in any week, regardless of the task's
start and due dates.
- Click Task planner in the calendar's top right.
- Scroll to the task you want to schedule. Tasks are grouped based on their current due dates (ex. late, today, no date) — all tasks are shown here, including ones already scheduled within the period being viewed.
- Click and hold the task, then drag it to a slot in the calendar's main area.
A time block is created
for the task on the chosen
day.
