Within Teamwork Desk, you can move tickets to another inbox at any time.

While viewing an individual ticket, you will see a ticket options area in the sidebar to the right of the ticket.

Select the Inbox dropdown and choose the inbox you would like to move the ticket to. Click Update to save the changes.

Once you have updated the inbox, an alert will appear in the bottom right of your screen.

A message will also appear at the top of the ticket thread, advising where it was moved to and by whom.

You can also move tickets while in any ticket list view. Using the checkboxes to the left of each ticket, select the ticket(s) you wish to move.

An additional menu will appear at the top of the list view. Select the inbox icon to choose an inbox to move the tickets to.
