Within Teamwork Desk, you can move tickets to another inbox at any time.

Move an individual ticket

  1. Click Tickets in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Select a tickets subsection (ex. an inbox or 'My Tickets') from the secondary navigation menu.
  3. Click a ticket to open the thread.
  4. Scroll to Ticket Options in the details panel on the ticket thread's right.
  5. Click the Inbox field.

  6. Select another inbox from the dropdown.
  7. Click Update.

The ticket is moved to the selected inbox. An activity entry appears at the top of the ticket thread, advising where it was moved to and by whom.


Bulk move tickets

  1. Click Tickets in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Select a tickets subsection (ex. an inbox or 'My Tickets') from the secondary navigation menu.
  3. Check the box on the left of each ticket you want to move.


     
  4. Click the inbox option (Image Placeholder) in the bulk actions toolbar at the top of the list.
  5. Select an inbox from the dropdown.

The selected tickets are moved to the selected inbox. An activity entry appears at the top of each ticket thread, advising where it was moved to and by whom.
