Within Teamwork Desk, you can generate a CSV export of your tickets from the Reports area of your site.


To the right of the Reports navigation menu, select the save icon to the right of the filter funnel to export a copy of your report.


This will generate a CSV file with details on each ticket that is included in the current date range and filters.

The information in the export includes:

  • Ticket ID
  • URL
  • Subject
  • Status
  • Type
  • Source
  • Priority
  • Tags
  • Agent
  • Customer name
  • Email address
  • Company
  • Creation date
  • Last update date
  • Time logged
  • Time billed
  • Custom fields

Note: The export option is part of the Reports feature which is available on the Pro plan and above.
