Within Teamwork Desk, you can
prevent agents from using the bulk export
functions
on your site.
Note: The ability to prevent bulk
downloads is
only available on Premium and Enterprise
subscription plans.
Click your profile icon in the top right
of your site and
select Settings from the
dropdown menu.
In the settings area, go to
the General tab
and select Advanced
Security from
the left navigation menu.
Go to the Prevent bulk
download option in the list
of advanced security settings and toggle
the option on to disable exports for your
site.
Once this option is enabled for your
site, agents and administrators will no longer
be able to generate bulk data exports.
In the Reports area of your site,
you will no longer be able to create a CSV ticket summary export.
In your site settings, you will no
longer be able to use the export data functions to download JSON
exports of your site data.
