Within Teamwork Desk you can enable web notifications so that even when you are not viewing the website you can receive pop up ticket information.

To enable this click on your profile icon to the top right of Desk and select View Profile.

In the Profile section of your profile settings, you will see an option for web notifications under the time format setting. Toggle this option to enable/disable web notifications.
When the option to send web notifications is turned on, notifications will be sent to your browser as a pop up notification. These notifications use the same preferences as your agent notifications.
