Within Teamwork Desk, you can enable happiness ratings to be sent to customers once a ticket has been solved.
Note: The Happiness Rating feature is available on the per-user Premium plan and above.
Happiness rating emails allow you to receive a rating and written feedback from your customers about how you handled their issue.
Click your profile icon to the top right of the main navigation bar and select Settings.

In the settings area, go to the Inboxes tab and select the inbox you want to edit.
Note: This feature can be enabled on an inbox-by-inbox basis. Enabling on one will not enable on all.

Once you have chosen an inbox, select the Edit Inbox option in the left navigation pane.

Toggle off the Happiness Rating option to disable happiness emails for your site.
