Within Teamwork Desk, you can customize the message that is included in the happiness rating sent to customers.
When happiness ratings are enabled for an inbox, a happiness survey is sent to the customer when a ticket is first marked as solved. The rating is only sent once per ticket.
Click your profile icon in the top right of your site and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
In the Settings area, go to the Inboxes section and select the inbox you want to update the happiness message for.
When viewing the inbox, select the Edit Inbox tab from the left sidebar.
Scroll to the Happiness Message option. Hover over the Happiness Message and click the edit pencil to update the message.
An editor area will open allowing you to customize the message you want to include to the customer when a happiness survey is sent. You can also use the editor options to format your message.
Note: This happiness message will be displayed at the top of the happiness survey itself. It will not adjust the text in the body of the email that sends the rating to the customer.
