Within Teamwork CRM, you can view and edit your users via the site-level Users area.

To view a user, select the user's first or last name. This will open the user's profile view.

In the left-hand menu of the user's profile, you will see the their name, job title, email, and timezone. Click the edit pencil in the top right to update the user's details.

You will then be able to update the user's details or change their profile image.

You can remove the user from your site via the options menu (three dots) next to the edit pencil icon.

If you have Teamwork Chat enabled for your site, you will also have an option to chat with the user. Clicking the Chat icon will open Teamwork Chat in a new browser tab. in a Teamwork Chat window within your Teamwork CRM site.

If you have the Embedded Chat feature enabled in your Teamwork Chat integration settings, a window will instead open at the bottom of your Teamwork CRM site where you can start a conversation with the user.
Note: When your Teamwork Chat trial expires, you will need to create a subscription in order to use Embedded Chat.
To the right of the user's details, you will see their associated leads and opportunities.
