Within Teamwork CRM, you can view and edit all of the users on your site.
To view users, select People from the navigation menu and choose Users from the dropdown.
Existing users will be displayed in a list view with a total user count at the top.
There are also options to:
- Add a new user
- Manage the displayed columns
- The user's first and last name will be included in your available columns by default, with further options available when managing columns.
To view a user, click the user’s first or last name from the list. This will open the user’s individual profile view.
Sorting by column
You can also quickly sort by column in the Users list view by clicking the column title. This will order the list alphabetically based on the selected column. Click the title again to reverse the order.
