Within Teamwork, you can use shortcodes to quickly update task properties when creating or editing tasks.
Shortcodes can be used in both List and Board views for tasks in your projects.

When creating a new task or editing an existing one in list view, you can use shortcodes in the task name field.
Once you type a supported shortcode, a dropdown will open with the available corresponding property options. Use your cursor (or arrow keys and Return on your keyboard) to select an item.
Click Create Task / Save Changes to create or update the task.
Shortcodes can also be used in the title area of task cards in board view. when editing or creating a card.
When you type a supported shortcode, you can select a corresponding value from the dropdown.
Click Save to create or update the task card.
