Within Teamwork, you may encounter issues when using PayPal as your payment method.

Note: This is due to a 20% increase limit that Paypal have in implemented in their system to avoid fraudulent charges.

Since Teamwork cannot override this limit, you will need to follow a few steps to restart your subscription.

  • The first step will be to cancel your current subscription to Teamwork. This can be done via the subscription area of your site settings.
  • You will also need to cancel the subscription in your PayPal account to stop the associated payments.
  • Once the subscription has been cancelled in both places, you can go ahead and subscribe to your preferred new plan in Teamwork.
