Before you start

  • You'll need a form to add a custom logo to. If you haven't already, create a form now.
  • Keep your logo to a maximum size of 100MB, using JPG, PNG, GIF, or BMP format.

Add a logo to a form

To add a custom logo to a form:

  1. Click Jump to in the left navigation menu on your site.
  2. Search for and select a project.


     
  3. Switch to the Forms view in the project navigation menu. The Forms tab might be hidden under the More... option.
  4. Click a form title to open the form editor.

  5. Click the image icon at the top of the form to open the file browser.
  6. Select a file to upload from your computer.



  7. Click Publish to apply your changes to the published form. The change saves automatically in draft.

To preview how the logo is displayed on the form:

  1. Click the three dots in the top right of the forms editor.
  2. Select View published form.

Change or remove a logo

The existing logo on a form can be replaced by another (or removed completely) at any time.

  1. Click Jump to in the left navigation menu on your site.
  2. Search for and select a project.
  3. Switch to the Forms view in the project navigation menu. The Forms tab might be hidden under the "More..." section.
  4. Click the name of the form whose logo you want to update to open the forms builder.
  5. Choose whether you want to simply remove the existing logo or replace it with another:
    1. Replace: Click the existing logo at the top of the form, then select a new file to upload via the file browser.
    2. Remove: Click the icon that overlays the current logo.


       
  6. Click Publish to apply your changes to the published form. The change saves automatically in draft.

Best practices

  • Clarity: Set the logo before you publish the form so anyone using the form always knows the source.
