Before you
start
- You'll need a form to
add a custom logo to. If you
haven't already, create a
form now.
- Keep
your logo to a maximum
size of 100MB,
using JPG,
PNG, GIF,
or BMP
format.

To add a custom logo to a form:
- Click Jump to in the left
navigation menu on your site.

- Click a form title to open the form editor.
- Click the image icon at the top of the
form to open the file browser.
- Select a file to upload from your computer.
- Click Publish to apply your changes to the published form. The change saves automatically in draft.
To preview how the logo is displayed
on the form:
- Click the three dots in the top right of
the forms editor.
- Select View published form.
The published form opens in
a new browser tab, displaying your updated
logo at the top of the form.
Change or remove
a logo
The existing logo on a form can be replaced
by another (or removed completely) at any
time.
- Click Jump to in the left
navigation menu on your site.

- Switch to the Forms view in
the project navigation menu. The
Forms tab might be hidden under the
"More..." section.

want to update to open the forms
builder.
- Choose whether you want to simply remove
the existing logo or replace it with
another:
- Replace: Click the existing logo at
the top of the
form, then select a new file to upload
via the file
browser.
- Remove: Click the x icon that overlays the current logo.
- Click Publish to apply your changes to the published form. The change saves automatically in draft.
Best
practices
- Clarity: Set the logo before you publish the form so anyone using the form always knows the source.
