Within Teamwork, you can upload a
custom logo to be displayed on intake forms in
your projects.
Note: The custom logo option for
intake forms is available on Premium/Grow
subscriptions and above.
Forms can be viewed and managed via
the Forms tab on a
project.
The feature can be enabled or
disabled by
a project or site administrator via the
project settings.

Once you create a new form or
view the existing form on the project, you
will see an image placeholder at the top
of the form area.
Click the image to open a
browser modal and select a file to upload
from your computer.

Click Publish at
the bottom of the form to save your
changes.
To preview how the logo is displayed
on the form, click the three dots in the top
right of the form area and select View published form.

The published form will open in a
new browser tab, displaying your updated logo
at the top of the form.

Changing a logo
To change the logo associated with a
form, click the x to the
right of the existing logo to remove it.

Once removed, you will see the
option to add a new logo.
