Within Teamwork Desk, you can disable Training Wheels for your site at any time.
Click your profile icon and select Settings from the dropdown menu.

In the settings area, go to the General tab and select the Site settings subsection from the left sidebar.

You will see an option for Training Wheels. Toggle this off (gray) to disable the feature for your site.

Once you toggle it off, you will be shown a confirmation modal to disable the feature.

Note: Any tickets that are currently in the Needs Review or Changes Requested queues will automatically be approved once the feature is disabled, and the pending replies will be sent to the associated customers.
