Within Teamwork Desk, you can quickly print an individual ticket thread.
In the Tickets area of your site, select the ticket you wish to print.
While viewing the individual ticket, click the three dots button in the top right corner and select Print Ticket from the dropdown menu.
Once the print option is selected, a new browser tab will open with a preview of the printable version of the ticket.
The browser's default print window will open automatically where you can print the ticket. An alternative option available is to save the ticket as a PDF.
