Within Teamwork Desk, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Before taking such an action consider reaching out to support if you are running into any issues. We can help to guide you through the various areas of Teamwork Desk from set-up, general use and tips on how to get the most out of it.
If you would still like to cancel, click on your profile icon to the top right of the navigation bar and select Settings.
Near the top of the page select the Billing area of settings.
You will then see the option to cancel to the bottom of the screen.
Once you have selected this you will be presented with a form to complete.
You will be asked to choose a reason for leaving and you can leave an optional comment if you wish.
Once these are entered select Cancel Subscription to complete the form and cancel your account.
