Within Teamwork Desk, you can access all of the invoices for your subscription and payments details in the billing section.

Change your subscription plan

🔑 Site administrators can manage subscriptions and update billing information.
  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Select Subscription.


     
  3. Click View Invoices.
     

     
  4. Review the invoices. Each invoice row includes the invoice payment date, payment status, and payment amount.
  5. Next:
    1. Download: Click the download arrow on an invoice's right to save a PDF copy to your device.
    2. View: Click View Invoice to open the invoice in a new browser tab.
