Within Teamwork Desk, you can update the payment details for your subscription at any time.

Payment methods

Currently, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted through our processing partner, Stripe.

Update your payment details

🔑 Site administrators can manage subscriptions and update billing information.
  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Select Subscription.


     
  3. Scroll to the Billing Info subsection.
  4. Click Change billing info.



  5. Update the card details associated with your account. 



  6. Click Update.
