Within Teamwork Desk, you can update the payment details for your subscription at any time.
Note: Currently, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted through our processing partner, Stripe.
To update your details, click your profile icon to the top right of the navigation bar and select Subscription.
In the subscription area, scroll to the Billing Info section and click the Change billing info button.
You will be brought to the checkout area where you can change the card associated with your account. Click Update to apply your new details.
