Within Teamwork Desk, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Before you start

  • Before cancelling, consider reaching out to our support team if you are running into any issues. We can help to guide you through the various areas of Teamwork Desk from set-up, general use and tips on how to get the most out of the product.
  • Cancelling takes immediate effect and closes your site, meaning people can no longer log in and access your content.

Cancel your subscription

🔑 Site administrators can manage subscriptions and update billing information.
  1. Click your profile icon in Teamwork Desk's main navigation menu.
  2. Select Subscription.



  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Subscription area.
  4. Click Cancel account.



  5. Fill out the cancellation form.
  6. Click Delete Account.
