Within Teamwork CRM, you can move your opportunities through the stages of a pipeline to indicate their progress.
Note: Pipelines and their corresponding stages can be set at site level.
Drag and drop
Once you have added an opportunity to your pipeline, you can drag and drop the card to the relevant stage.
In the Opportunities board view, you can also drag and drop your opportunity to the Move section at the top. This will bring up the Move opportunity modal, allowing you to select a new pipeline and stage.
Opportunity details view
You can also update an opportunity's stage from the opportunity details view, accessed by clicking the opportunity card. Select the edit pencil icon to the right of the opportunity name.
You can then choose a stage from the Stage dropdown menu.
